Cancellation and refunds

Digital plan
The plan is digital. The allowance opens when payment is verified. You accept that the service starts right away.
Cancel
If you do not want renewal, cancel on the Account page before the period ends.
Canceling does not erase the open period at once. When it ends, the plan returns to the free plan.
Refund
You can ask for a refund within fourteen days if you have not used the plan allowance. If you have published, the remaining time is reviewed.
Open the request from the payment row on the Account page. An approved refund goes back the way the payment came.
