What is Tezgah?
Tezgah is Art'st Studio's shop desk for shopkeepers and stores that sell online. The Today summary, descriptions from product photos, collections, the posting calendar, Shopify/ikas/XML connections and the shopkeeper community sit on one screen.
How is Tezgah different from Vitrin?
Vitrin focuses on social media posting. Tezgah focuses on your shop's day: products, stock, collections and the e-commerce connection. Both open with the same Art'st Studio account.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Tezgah runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers; nothing to install.
Store and automation
Which e-commerce platforms does it connect to?
Shopify, ikas and XML (IdeaSoft, T-Soft, Ticimax). Local can read; Business and above can read and write.
Can anything change in my store or accounts without my approval?
No. Campaign suggestions arrive as drafts; no post is published and no money is spent until you approve.
Plans and payment
Is Tezgah free?
Yes. You start on the free plan without entering card details; the free plan shows ads. The store connection and calendar open on Local and above, and an ad-free app on Business and above.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Prices include 20% VAT; the amount on the card is what you pay, and the total is shown before you confirm the payment. Current prices are on the Plans page.
What is the difference with yearly billing?
With yearly billing you pay for 10 months instead of 12, so 2 months are free.
