Art'st Studio, küçük dükkanlar için paylaşım hazırlar. Uygulamadaki adı Vitrin’dir.

Hesabın

Hesabında e-posta ve şifre durur. Telefonu istersen yazarsın. Telefon doğrulanmaz, mesaj gitmez.

Google ile girersen Google’ın verdiği ad, e-posta ve profil fotoğrafı alınır (openid, profile, email). Google hesabındaki başka hiçbir veriye erişilmez.

Bu bilgiler, hesabını silene kadar durur. Ödeme kayıtları vergi için on yıla kadar saklanabilir.

Bağladığın hesaplar

Instagram (profesyonel hesap): kullanıcı adın ve hesap kimliğin okunur (instagram_business_basic). Onayladığın görsel ve metin o hesapta yayınlanır (instagram_business_content_publish). Vitrin’den paylaştığın veya hesabındaki gönderilerin yorumları gösterilir; istersen doğrudan yanıtlar, gizler veya yorumları kapatırsın (instagram_business_manage_comments). İznin doğrultusunda müşteri sorularına yanıt verebilmek için gelen direkt mesajlar ve yorumlar Mesajlar kutusunda listelenir (instagram_manage_messages). Bu gönderilerin erişim, beğeni ve kaydetme sayıları gösterilir (instagram_business_manage_insights). Genel takipçi listesi okunmaz.

Facebook Sayfası: yönettiğin sayfaların listesi (pages_show_list), seçtiğin sayfada gönderi yayınlama (pages_manage_posts) ve o gönderilerin etkileşim sayıları (pages_read_engagement). Kişisel Facebook profilin ve mesajların okunmaz.

TikTok: adın ve profil fotoğrafın (user.info.basic). Video, seçtiğin görünürlükle yüklenir (video.publish).

YouTube: kanal adın (youtube.readonly) ve yüklediğin video (youtube.upload). Uygulama henüz doğrulanmadıysa video gizli yüklenir.

X: adın ve kullanıcı adın (users.read, tweet.read), metin ve en fazla dört görsel (tweet.write, media.write). Oturumu açık tutmak için yenileme anahtarı saklanır (offline.access). Aylık hak dolunca paylaşım durur.

LinkedIn: adın ve profilin (openid, profile), paylaştığın metin ve görsel (w_member_social). Özel mesajlar okunmaz.

Erişim anahtarları sunucuda saklanır, yalnızca senin onayladığın işlemler için kullanılır ve hiçbir üçüncü tarafa satılmaz veya verilmez.

Bağlantıyı Ayarlar’daki Bağlı hesaplar bölümünden kesince o izni sileriz.

Reklam

Ücretsiz plan reklamla sunulur, reklamsız kullanım için ücretli plana geç. Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamı reddetmek uygulamayı kapatmaz. Reddedince reklam sana özel olmadan gösterilir.

Reklam ölçümü için yaklaşık konum Google’a gidebilir. Bu bilgi satılmaz. Ayrıntı çerez sayfasındadır.

Analiz ve bildirimler

Site trafiğini Google Analytics (Google Etiket Yöneticisi üzerinden) ile ölçeriz. Çerez bildiriminde “Kabul et” demedikçe analiz ve reklam çerezleri kapalı kalır; kararını Ayarlar’dan değiştirebilirsin. Ölçüme e-posta veya telefon eklenmez.

Bildirimleri açarsan cihazına bildirim gönderebilmek için bir cihaz anahtarı saklanır. Bildirimi kapatınca anahtar silinir.

Yazı ve hatalar

Satış yazısı için görsel ve metin, yazıyı üreten hizmete gider. Dükkan adın, görselde yazmıyorsa veya sen dükkan adı olarak girmediysen yazıya eklenmez.

Çöken sayfalar bir hata kaydına gidebilir. E-postan bu kayda yazılmaz. Kayıt doksan günü geçmez.

Konum araması, yazdığın yeri harita hizmetine sorar. E-postan bu soruya eklenmez.

Ödeme ve silme

Kart numaran burada durmaz. Ödeme, ödeme sayfasında biter. Tutar, paket ve onay zamanı bizde kalır.

Görseller ve yazılar, sen silene veya hesabın kapanana kadar durur. Paylaşılmış gönderi görselleri, Art'st Studio’nun kendi bulut depolamasında (Google Drive dahil) yedeklenir. Adımlar veri silme sayfasındadır.

Hesabını kendin silebilirsin: Ayarlar > Hesabı sil. Onay için SİL yazarsın. Gönderiler, görseller ve yedek kopyaları, bağlı hesaplar ve ayarlar silinir; bağlı sosyal hesap izinleri geri alınır, abonelik iptal edilir ve oturum kapanır. Ödeme ve iade kayıtları yasal süre boyunca saklanır.

Who

Art'st Studio prepares posts for small shops. Inside the app it is called Vitrin.

Your account

The account keeps an email and a password. A phone number is optional. It is not checked, and no text message is sent.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo (openid, profile, email). Nothing else in your Google account is accessed.

This stays until you delete the account. Payment records may be kept for up to ten years for tax.

Accounts you connect

Instagram (professional account): we read your username and account id (instagram_business_basic). The image and caption you approve are published to that account (instagram_business_content_publish). Comments on your posts are shown, and you can reply directly, hide them, or turn comments off (instagram_business_manage_comments). With your permission, incoming customer direct messages and comments are synced to the Inbox so you can respond quickly (instagram_manage_messages). Reach, like, and save counts for those posts are shown (instagram_business_manage_insights). General follower lists are not read.

Facebook Page: the list of Pages you manage (pages_show_list), publishing to the Page you pick (pages_manage_posts), and engagement counts for those posts (pages_read_engagement). Your personal Facebook profile and messages are not read.

TikTok: your name and profile photo (user.info.basic). The video is uploaded with the visibility you pick (video.publish).

YouTube: your channel name (youtube.readonly) and the video you upload (youtube.upload). Until the app is verified, the video is private.

X: your name and handle (users.read, tweet.read), the text and up to four images (tweet.write, media.write). A refresh token keeps you signed in (offline.access). Publishing stops when the monthly allowance is used up.

LinkedIn: your name and profile (openid, profile), the text and image you share (w_member_social). Private messages are not read.

Access tokens are stored on the server, used only for actions you approve, and never sold or handed to third parties.

Disconnecting a network from Settings, under Connected accounts, removes that permission.

Ads

The free plan includes ads. A paid plan removes them. Refusing personalized ads does not close the app. Ads then stay general.

A rough location may go to Google to measure ads. We do not sell it. The cookie page has the detail.

Analytics and notifications

We measure site traffic with Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager). Analytics and ad cookies stay off until you press “Accept” on the cookie notice; you can change this in Settings. No email or phone number is added to measurement.

If you turn on notifications, a device token is stored so we can reach your device. Turning notifications off deletes it.

Captions and errors

A sales caption may send the image and text to the service that writes it. Your shop name stays out unless it is written on the image or you entered it as the shop name.

A crashed page may be stored in an error log. Your email is left out. The log is not kept past ninety days.

A place search sends the words you typed to a map service. Your email is not added.

Payment and deletion

Your card number is not stored here. Payment finishes on the payment page. The amount, plan, and time of acceptance stay with us.

Images and captions stay until you delete them or the account is closed. Images of published posts are backed up in Art'st Studio’s own cloud storage (including Google Drive). The steps are on the data deletion page.

You can delete your account yourself: Settings > Delete account (Ayarlar > Hesabı sil). Type SİL to confirm. Posts, images and their backup copies, linked accounts, and settings are deleted; social account permissions are revoked, the subscription is cancelled, and you are signed out. Payment and refund records are kept for the legal period.
