The shopkeeper's desk: Tezgah features

Tezgah brings a shop's whole day onto one screen for shopkeepers and stores that sell online: today's tasks, product descriptions, collections, the calendar, Shopify/ikas/XML connections and the shopkeeper community. Which feature is open on which plan is listed on the Plans page.

What does the Today summary show?

When you open Tezgah, the first screen is Today: the day's posts, posts waiting for approval and the state of your shop in one place. One look in the morning tells you what to do.

How is a description made from a product photo?

You upload the product photo and Tezgah suggests a Turkish product description and hashtags. On Business and above it also recognises the product from the image. You read the text, change it if you like, then post it or put it on the calendar. The image size and hashtag tools and the shop guide are open on every plan.

What are collections for?

You group your products into collections by season, campaign or category. Local includes a limited number of collections; Business and above are unlimited.

How does the posting calendar work?

Local and above include a weekly and monthly calendar. You pick the day and time for a post; when the time comes, Tezgah publishes it. Telegram publishing is also open on Local and above.

Does it connect to my Shopify, ikas or XML store?

Yes. On Local you connect your store: Tezgah reads your products and stock, and you can import IdeaSoft, T-Soft and Ticimax products by XML. Business and above can also write to your store: products to Shopify through the Admin API and to ikas through GraphQL.

Business and above also bring draft campaigns from stock rules: clearing slow-moving stock and weather-based campaigns. Drafts are never published without your approval.

What is the shopkeeper community?

A community space where you browse other shopkeepers' posts and pick up ideas; it is open on every plan. On Local and above you also handle customer questions and your inbox in one place, in Messages.

Does the bio page have a WhatsApp order button?

Yes. Your bio page gets a WhatsApp order button and a QR code, so a customer can message you with one tap. This is open on every plan.
