Art'st Studio gönderi hazırlar. Yayını sen okur, sen basarsın. Paylaşım, bağladığın hesabın kurallarına uyar.

Hesap reddederse, hakkın biterse veya izin eksikse paylaşım durur. Hesabı senin adına açmayız.

Sorumluluk

Yazdığın metin ve yüklediğin görselden sen sorumlusun.

Başkasının markasını, müziğini veya kişisel bilgisini izinsiz kullanamazsın.

Ücret

Ücretli paket dijital aboneliktir. Ödeme ekranında satıcı bilgisi, ön bilgilendirme ve mesafeli satış metnini işaretlemen gerekir.

Ücretsiz plan reklamla sunulur, reklamsız kullanım için ücretli plana geç.

İptal ve iade kuralları ayrı sayfadadır. Hesabını istediğin zaman bırakabilirsin.

Puan

Puan, yalnız Art'st Studio sitelerinde (Vitrin, Tezgah) ek paylaşım, AI metin, AI görsel, 24 saatlik özellik açma veya deneme paketi almak için kullanılan bir puandır. Para değildir, nakde çevrilmez, başkasına devredilmez.

Puan, uygulamada sonuna kadar izlenen ve reklam ağınca doğrulanan reklamlarla ya da puan paketi satın alınarak kazanılır. Kısa izlenen veya doğrulanmayan reklam puan vermez. Kazanılan puan süresizdir; yalnız harcadığında azalır.

Puan ile alınan hak hemen hesabına tanımlanır; tamamlanamayan bir satın almada puan geri yüklenir. Kullanılmamış puan paketi için cayma hakkı İptal ve iade sayfasındaki dijital içerik kurallarına tabidir. Kötüye kullanım (sahte reklam izleme, otomasyon) tespit edilirse ilgili puan silinebilir.

Service

Art'st Studio prepares a post. You read it and you press publish. Publishing follows the rules of the account you connect.

If that account rejects the post, your allowance is used up, or a permission is missing, publishing stops. We do not open accounts for you.

Responsibility

You are responsible for the text you write and the images you upload.

You may not use someone else’s brand, music, or personal information without permission.

Price

A paid plan is a digital subscription. Checkout asks you to accept the seller details, the pre-information form, and the distance sales text.

The free plan includes ads. A paid plan removes them.

Cancellation rules are on their own page. You can leave the account when you want.

Points

Points are credits used only on Art'st Studio sites (Vitrin, Tezgah) for extra shares, AI captions, AI images, 24-hour feature unlocks or a trial plan. They are not money, cannot be cashed out and cannot be transferred.

You earn points by watching an ad to the end in the app, verified by the ad network, or by buying a points pack. A short or unverified ad pays nothing. Earned points never expire; they only go down when you spend them.

A right bought with points is added to your account at once; if a purchase cannot be completed, the points are returned. Withdrawal for an unused points pack follows the digital content rules on the Cancellation page. Points obtained by abuse (fake ad views, automation) may be removed.
